Unique Opportunity: Swedish Companies Showing Their Products in Washington D.C.

Urban ICT Arena frequently gets asked to join exhibitions and conferences. We like to take the opportunity to showcase Swedish innovations to new audiences.

With Urban ICT Arena as their joint platform, several companies are now featured in the Mobility Expo at the House of Sweden in Washington D.C.. Throughout 2020, their products will be shown tor visitors – including American companies and international delegations as well as regular citizens interested in the future of mobility. The event is organized by The Swedish Institute.

This time its our partners  Univrses, Edeva, Bumbee Labs and Norrsidans Innovation who get the opportunity.

Urban ICT Arena has several opportunities to show innovative Swedish companies to the world. Are you interested in participating? Contact us!

We had quick chat with Anders Helgesson from Norrsidans Innovation, whose smart sensors for waste bins will be shown in Washington:

Are you excited to show your products to an international crowd?

It is very exciting to show our solution together with Vestre for the international crowd and be part of the change towards more sustainable urban infrastructure.

How can your products help shape the future of mobility?

We help waste collectors skip what is not necessary. Collect when you need to collect and know you don’t have to when it’s not needed. This saves a lot of unnecessary transportation and scheduled stops.

What does an opportunity like this mean for you as a company?

We get the opportunity to show our sensor and general take on the problem. Hopefully it sparks some interest in the US!
