Urban ICT Arena continues with new leadership

Karin Bengtsson takes over as COO for the collaboration arena Urban ICT Arena, which is run by Kista Science City AB. The arena continues to grow within the fields of IoT and urban mobility. The team consists of Sara Nozkova, project manager Mobility lead, and Emma Karlsson, event and partner manager. Communications will be handled by Klas Mattsson.

In addition, a new project manager is to be recruited, who will work primarily within mobility.

Petra Dalunde, who previously led the Urban ICT Arena, remains in Kista Science City but now takes over as head of the Stockholm node of AI Innovation of Sweden. The goal is to create synergies between the new AI node and Urban ICT Arena and other collaboration platforms.

– Petra Dalunde has been a crucial force in building the Urban ICT Arena. It is now natural that Karin Bengtsson will assume this role. Until now, she has been responsible for developing Urban ICT Arena’s work with small and medium-sized companies and has also helped build our collaboration with Ignite Sweden. Thus, she already has very good insight into the business, says Johan Ödmark, CEO of Kista Science City AB.

Urban ICT Arena has recently launched a new website and renewed its graphic profile. During the spring, several exciting projects and activities will be presented.
